COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This program will help you gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to manage a medical emergency, using CPR, First Aid, and AED, with infants and children, until more advanced help is available.  Recognizing a medical emergency in children, and  making the decision to help.  Identifying hazards, and ensuring personal safety, of you and the patient.  Foreign body obstruction (FBO).

INTENDED AUDIENCE:
This program is designed for persons who deal with children, such as daycare providers, teen sitters, preschool and after school programs, or anyone who wants to be trained in child and infant CPR and First Aid.

COURSE LENGTH: Approximately 4-5 Hours
