Rick & Lorri Lowe are not only a team in their marriage, but also in their careers.  Southern Oregon CPR & First Aid has a combined EMS experience of over 25 years.   Our personal experience is reflected in our practical and entertaining approach to emergency training.  Both of us have been through so many different real life situations, that we will be able to teach our students by learning from our first-hand experiences. 

After you complete the courses, you will be able to truly make a difference in a Real Life Emergency Situation.  Did you know that an average ambulance takes 8-12 minutes to get to the scene of an emergency? Learn how to effectively recognize and treat emergencies in the critical first minutes until EMS arrives.

Rick and Lorri  practice all the skills covered in their courses on a regular basis, in their own daily professions.  Our curriculum has been refined by years of practical experience and expertise, and has proven to be exceptionally effective at all levels of training.  We are American Heart Instructor Trainers and Medic First Aid® Instructors.

Southern Oregon CPR & First Aid provides on-site Basic Life Support Courses for physicians, nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, medical or nursing students and other people in the health care professions. 

Heart Saver First Aid, CPR and AED Courses- provides the skills to effectively access and maintain life from the critical minutes immediately following an emergency, until the arrival of EMS.  This class is for everyone, corporate employee's, security guards, fishing and hunting guides, airline personnel, etc.

Bloodborne Pathogens-this course will teach you how to protect yourself from exposure to bloodborne pathogens.  The course is intended for the workplace/health and safety market, who must be trained annually in bloodborne pathogens.

Oxygen Administration-Oxygen First Aid for emergencies provide students with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to provide emergency oxygen to suddenly ill, or injured patient, until more advanced medical help can arrive.

Medic First Aid® Pediatric and Pediatric Plus- will help you gain the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to manage a medical emergency using CPR, First Aid, and AED with infants and children, until more advanced help is available.

We offer weekday, weekend and evening classes for your convenience.  Have Southern Oregon CPR & First Aid come to your business location and provide you with all the essential tools that you will need to help save a life until an EMS can arrive.  One-on-one classes are also available in the comfort of you own home.  When you complete the courses, you will receive a 2 year certification.
